Breakfast at the Baker’s Bean
One of my coworkers recommended this little cafe for its amazing breakfast sandwiches and coffee, so the boyfriend and I decided to try it out one recent saturday morning.
The cafe’s interior is totally cozy and inviting - we chose a little table near a window to bask in the sunlight while we enjoyed our breakfast. The boyfriend ordered the sandwich that most resembled a club (I admit I cannot remember its name, and it was a really good name too!) but with breakfast ingredients: bacon, four eggs, tomato and lettuce. I ordered the Rooster Wrap, which was essentially an omelette with ham, onions, mushrooms and salsa. Both sandwiches were fresh and made to order, and absolutely delicious!
And what’s a great breakfast sandwich without a hot, fresh coffee? I ordered the “Morning Octane,” which is a cup of brewed coffee with a shot of espresso in it. Overkill? Maybe. Delicious? Completely! I thought it was a cute idea.
All this to say, we are both very much looking forward to going back!
